Edits out some of the dialogue Serana Dialogue Edit adds, as to not thematically conflict with the additions my mod makes to similar dialogue branches (currently Hellos and Combat Idles). - Changed a line with the initial Mikael Banter to suit Serana's character more, - Adjustments to some radiant dialogue to only occur when Serana's relationship has been developed with the player, - Delayed most NPC banter (not followers) to only occur after "Beyond Death". I do this via efficient polling scripts to make sure the spells stay removed and aren't added back by the vanilla Serana leveling script. Serana Dialogue Add-On 3.0 Release! Tweaked StoryManager conditions for Serana's main quest commentary- added more failsafes to ensure they start and run on time. Tell other followers to wait in another room or far away when your character does their lovey-dovey business with the vamp. The romance shouldn't have conflicts story-wise, as your Dawnguard side is not directly referred to in a lot of these romance dialogues with Serana. Serana has a few lines relevant to your character's race that you would miss playing as custom race, this fixes by updating the conditions to check for custom race keywords. The dialogue lines in this mod (nearly 5000) are all fully voiced, utilizing new voice-acted lines by Kerstyn Unger. The base dialogue commentary quests should all be started in time. - Removed dialogue cooldown for Serana recap dialogue. Travel out of Solstheim and go back to Skyrim. Keeping 'I'll find us a table' since that's generally more reliable and doesn't rely on Serana's follower AI. - One of Serana's easter egg lines (What a grand and intoxicating innocence) didn't have a cooldown and a rarity condition applied. If you are on Xbox, only the latter method is available to you. - The bugfix of the previous 1.9.5 patch created another bug, which prevented the Bannered Mare quest from progressing from a certain point. - Moved Blackreach/Alfthand commentary from "Elder Knowledge" quest to "Seeking Disclosure" in case the player hadn't done that quest yet while looking for the Dragon Elder Scroll, - More Alfthand commentary when visiting for the first time, - Moved dialogue branch for "Whats on Your Mind?" - Alduin bug was fixed previously but delayed. - Note: As for Serana moving in with the player to someplace once they get married, that's still on the drawing board and I'm still planning how I'll implement that, at least on a technical level, as it is a bit of a technical hurdle. - Moved all Dawnguard recap dialogues to their own consolidated dialogue branch under "Can I talk to you for a bit" as to free up space in the choice list and not require players to scroll down much to see the other dialogue topics. - Added in safeguards for "House of Horrors" quest commentary to not occur at the wrong time. - Serana is no longer dismissed during The Silver Hand quest. Serana will still eventually be attracted to the player (should the player have chosen the romance route) but this will be shown more organically and Serana should come off as less horny and/or player-pandering. - Added conditions to a lot of lover and jokey dialogue to not occur during serious moments for Serana's character development (like during Kindred Judgement), - Decreased radiant greet frequency by 10%. Sneeze/Yawn toggle is now only available she's become cured. - SDA On Location Change quest commentaries/scripts will no longer fire if the Serana Cure Quest is active. - You can now change how far or near you want Serana to travel along with you! - Reduced distance of Serana to Player package (used in several NPC banter scenes). Added a wig fix script- this should fix problems with Serana's hair wigs glitching out when using the SDA Outfit Feature, if she has a HDT wig equipped. I haven't gotten that to work yet, so you'll have to dismiss her yourself. Again, to rectify this just stand still or move in her direction. You can now ask Serana to: - Keep quiet (She won't talk with NPCs, She won't greet you with her radiant greets), - Stop humming (She won't hum whenever she's idle), - Stop referencing non-Tamrielic cultures (Star Wars prequel memes, 4th wall easter eggs), - Reduced follower banter frequency by -25%, - Reduced volume of some Inigo banter lines for volume consistency, - Decreased skill awareness radiant dialogue frequency by -75%.
